Join us on Saturday, December 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., as we host the Virginia Cooperative Extension for a Meat Preservation Workshop. Participants will learn the basics of pressure canning and dehydration in this hands-on class.

The Meat Preservation Workshop will be held at the Highland Conference Room and is limited to fifteen guests. The cost is $20 per participant. Registration is required to participate.
