Deer Processing Workshop

Join us on Saturday, October 14, from 8 a.m. to noon, as we host the Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources for a Deer Processing Workshop. Participants will learn about field dressing, butchering techniques, food safety, and contaminant concerns in this free, hands-on class.
The Deer Processing Workshop will be held at the Highland Pavilion and is limited to twelve guests. Registration is required to participate.
