SUMMARY:Community Journaling on the Highland Trails
DESCRIPTION:Join Highland Hiker\, trail guru\, and nature fanatic Carla Anderson for a creative journaling experience on the Blue Trail on Saturday\, November 2\, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you’re looking to slow down and practice a different way of engaging with nature\, this walk is for you! \n\n\nIn “metro poetry\,” writers compose one line of text at each metro stop\, using the time in between to look\, listen\, and reflect. Your observations will be available for future Highland hikers. \nThe cost of this guided journaling hike is $9 per person. Participants must purchase tickets in advance using the link below. This walk is designed for participants aged 12 and up and is limited to fifteen individuals. Appropriate hiking shoes\, water\, insect repellent\, and sunscreen are a must. DESCRIPTION:Join Highland Hiker\, trail guru\, and nature fanatic Carla Anderson for a creative journaling experience on the Blue Trail on Sunday\, October 13\, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you’re looking to slow down and practice a different way of engaging with nature\, this walk is for you! \n\n\nIn “metro poetry\,” writers compose one line of text at each metro stop\, using the time in between to look\, listen\, and reflect. Participants must purchase tickets in advance using the link below. This walk is designed for participants aged 12 and up and is limited to fifteen individuals.
