DESCRIPTION:At 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, September 24 at Lane Auditorium or via Facebook Live\, Sara Bon-Harper\, Highland’s Executive Director\, will discuss initiatives that create meaningful history for Highland’s visitors and other stakeholders. Her presentation will include the research that revealed the forgotten history of the site\, and the collaborations that have developed stories that connect to wider communities. The past decade has been a time of great change for Highland\, and this talk will connect those changes with larger themes in historic preservation.
