Virginia Festival of the Book: Touching History

In partnership with the 23rd Annual Virginia Festival of the Book, Highland, the home of President James Monroe, will host Richard Rabinowitz, author of Curating America: Journeys through Storyscapes of the American Past, on Sunday, March 26 at 3:00 p.m. Rabinowitz, in conversation with Ed Ayers, will discuss his work in creating more than 500 history museums, exhibitions, and educational programs, including how one shapes and informs the narrative, making history touchable. This event is free and open to the public.
