Highland Honey and Mead Tasting

Join us on Thursday, April 19, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for the Highland Honey and Mead Tasting. Guests will have a chance to speak with our volunteer beekeepers, sample honey from Highland and around the world, and enjoy music by artists from The Front Porch Roots Music School! In addition to honey sampling, Hilltop Berry Farm & Winery and Black Heath Meadery will be offering tastings of their Virginia-made mead. These fine meaderies will also have their craft brews available to purchase!
Admission to this event is $5 per person. Children under 6 are admitted free. While this is a family friendly event, guests must be 21 or older (bring a valid ID) to participate in the mead tasting or purchase mead. Advanced registration is suggested.
